If it's a flash memory drive the anser is no. USB Advance requires NTFS formatted drives. You cannot NTFS format flash memory.

Just saying, usb extreme/Usb Advance do use ntfs formatting, it says on there website. And my neighbor got a usb one. but hey as long as it works.
