WTS: YLOD 40gb Phat PS3

I just got this from a buddy. I have no power cable or hard drive to test whats wrong with it. I was told he got the YLOD and didnt want to pay the $150 to fix it so he gave it to me.

Comes as is. No power cord and no hard drive.

So no hard drive at all? and those power cords are normally easy to get a hold of. Does it have anything else, controllers, A/V cables? and is it backwards Compatible with PS2? If the above answer to all of those questions is no...you may have to lower it a bit more for me to be interested. But I've no doubt that others will be my friend.

I sold my ps3 so I no longer have access to a power cord. I'm sure I could go buy one but don't feel like wasting the money so thats why I'm selling this as is.

No, no hard drive at all. My buddy kept it since it had his gametag and cc info on it.

I do have an extra set of av cables I can included.

No it is not backwards compatiable.

the fat ps3s use a standard 3-prong pc power supply cable...

bare console nothing included you might want to lower the price.

I found a power cord to use, plugged it in, light is red, turns yellow for a sec then straight back to red after a few beeps.

As I said $100 is just a starting point, not really sure what this is worth.

I'm open to any offers so dont be shy.

I'm pretty sure this thing has 3.41 or below since it hasn't been running in atleast 6-7 months and my buddy never used it online.
