I just bought this Ps Vita about 3 weeks ago but I was disappointed in it and thought I'd be able to do more with it. It is new and I only messed around with it for about a day. I don't have any games on it, but I do have some demos. It has warranty papers for it also. I bought a 32Gb memory stick for it for $100. Altogether I paid about $400 for it or around that area. I would like to trade for a modded ps3 or one that is on or below 3.55 FW. Or I would like about $320 for it through paypal of course. Below are pictures of the magnificent thing. In one you see the fw which is 1.67 and the memory stick wasn't in at the time of that picture.
