WANTED/SWAP/ADVICE: IR Receiver for a PS2 Remote (UK)

Recently acquired a Remote Control (SCPH-10150). However, I do not have a built-in IR receiver on my PS2 (SCPH-39003).

If it possible to use one of the peripheral IR receivers that comes with earlier hardware versions of the remote with the model that I have--does anybody out there have one lying around per chance?

I'd also be willing to exchange it for one of these earlier models, or even perhaps a spare memory card.

Yes, you can use the older IR receiver with newer remotes. However, reset and eject feature will not work.

It turns out I have one of these earlier version remotes (sans reset button), only without the prerequisite IR receiver.

Again, if anyone has one that they're not using, and willing to part with, let me know.
