Looks to me like a normal unit with a "PAL" sticker stuck on it.

Little known fact here, Euro Debugging units were bright ****ing sky blue! US units were a shiny emerald green.

good luck trying to contact that user. they haven't logged on since they registered. Most likely, they are out to screw people out of money.

You are wrong. "Blue unit" (DTL-H110x) was NTSC and PAL. "Green" (DTL-H120x) are next and better version (better drive).
