Hello all, I been sitting with this ps3 in my closet in the box and been sitting there for a year + doing nothing and im looking to find a good home for it. I got it the day the hack was made public. I only bought it so i could show a few people that it worked with the USB DRIVES that where out at the time as well.

so what is in the box:

SLIM 160GB PS3 /w CFW 3.55 KMEAW
1 ps3 controller + av hook ups + usb cable
all the books and manauls (never opened)
ps3 usb jailbreak ( good for dev's)
nba2k8 (use as a bootdisc if needed)
hdmi cable (not shown in the pic)

the console is boxed in the retail ps3 slim box and comes with everything from day one all in the box.

Is this brand new or used? You say you have used it for 2 hours or so and then say it's brand new? Are we talking about the same console? If it's used it will lower the value obviously , if it's brand new I can see you getting what you are asking for.

I wouldn't hold my breath on asking for 300 bucks I tried to sell my ps3 on here a while back people too cheap to spend out 300 bucks on ebay it would run you 180.00 for a used ps3 slim. Not trying to hijack your thread but best you would get is around 220.00 tops.

CFW ps3s are rare but NOT rare in the hacking community

the unit has been used for 2 hours to install firmware and test it out. how else would cfw be on the unit
i see 3.55 cfw consoles on ebay going for about the same and there not 2 hours used there MANY hours used
