i have no place saying anything i was thinking of selling preloaded consoles as well until i found its a big no no! So everyone seems to have an opinion. here it is if there was an issue with the quality of product being sold i would understand the debate but the simple fact pointed out was it a federal crime to sell backups without the original copy as well so instead of a 4 page argument wouldn't a admin be notified as soon as the post went up and the person listing would then be notified why there thread was ranked and be further threatened on how many strikes before banning. and to the person selling them backed up not wise ive seen the feds knock on friends doors for the same thing... if i was to sell a unit similar i would not say it game with backups rather games then at the time of emailing and pming the receiver would be able to decide on there own wether or not they wanted backups or originals then i think it would not rest on the forums heads but the transactions head cause for one it could be an undercover buying your stuff anyway chances are slim being the market is flooded but there still there. i know from experience you have better luck selling heroin then pirated, labeled, shrink wrapped decent quality dvd rips down town! flip that fact around and id be 100% on the sellers side. i as a buyer and seller know not to just see a 750 loaded ps3 and buy it im going to ask questions and use a good friend google to double check my purchase. im not good with words so im not trying to step on toes i just didnt like the fyi for all cause i could just scroll down the for sale section and see all i need to see to be well informed. I came to this thresd looking at a ps3 and got stuck reading a 4 page e-battle in the selling section. i would have yanked this thread the second post (just for the legal issues). but wow

in all fairness, the first post i made in this thread stated the legalities behind selling illegal copies, but the OP blatantly ignored it and any other reference to it in subsequent postings. it's funny because the this particular forum heading specifically said "NO BACKUPS".... it's kind of like having a "no solicitors" sign on your front door, yet solicitors STILL doorbell. they just get a door closed in the middle of their sales speech....

you win, the consoles are gone. they arent gonna be sold. if you want a ps3, go buy you a 3.66 console from walmart or bestbuy. this whole site seems as if it is dedicated to ps3's and ps2's and backup managers that even copy games, not to mention all the people helping each other do it with ... "how do i download this game" and "how do i get this downloaded game working" why you single me out in a forum of thousands of people that are pirating games dude?

also if you think htis hinders my sales of these console, dude your mistaken, i was offering an opprotunity to people of this site to get a console with 3.55 CFW and a 640 or 750 gb hdd. but you personally, sir, have killed the chance, i tried to let it go and tried to sell them again, but you came into my topic once again and killed the opportunity these people had, you sir cut off your nose despite your face, but you prob dont even understand what that means

most i have read is these guy's being told how to backup there "OWN" games etc. nothing is spelled as black and white as you would want or this forum wouldn't exist make your own definition of what "OWN" is cause i tried spelling it out nicely if your gonna sell a car you say the car has a new engine in it then when they get there you tell them the engine is new buuuut its stolen so no dealership work! ok great thanks!
i have seen what you have, and those people aren't that smart talking that blatantly, even if there thread gets answered but i just looked and people are asking about specific games not ones they downloaded and the people that do ask a specific question like that are going to be 99% of the time ignored. sorry your feeling singled out but your not, just a bright and shining example of what not to do and from what i read was a person trying to be helpful yes maybe a little blantenly as yourself was but still to the point. i was in your shows for a sec but the consoles go a lot faster stock w/3.55OFW or lower and if you have a bunch ebay would be the way to go i know it probably took some time to cultivate all this but look at the long run no feds knocking on the door and if you can keep pumpin ps's then people will keep buying them wich means lower over head because of less man hours and smaller profit potential but a lot more room to do more and more. I've seen boxes like yours go on ebay for a pretty penny but id hate to get that letter or phone call or door knock so id never do it, wayyyy to public. a whole bunch of pot farmers went down recently for the same thing a huge percentage shouldn't have but a few people giving the fed's a middle finger figured out the hard way they affect everyone . just looked and a 3.55 kmew 750 fat went for 4 something so just hit craigslist or pawn shops and complete those consoles you have and now your getting more overall profit potential and customer satisfaction i know is sound like a teacher that dont know shit but a hustler has to be on his toes at all time and bill payer to bill payer hustlin these is extra cash if its bill money your chasing the dollar wich is the number one no no ill stop i dont do forums but i felt for you and sel2killa stay up fellas no need to get bent out of shape and start e-thugin it up peace
