PS2 Hardware for Research

Sorry for the sudden irrational post folks, but I am in need of PS2 hardware (the main board) whether broken or semi-functional or even rusted to high heaven. Hopefully there are still some people out there who have had their broken PS2 replaced by new ones and still keep the old ones lying around.

I am currently researching into the PS2 hardware and the presence of such hardware, nevermind broken, would be very useful.

Have you tried looking on eBay or sites like Craigslist? I bought my second PS2 off craigslist for $20 about 2 years ago. The only thing wrong with it is the dvd drive doesn't work, but I don't need one when used with FMCB and HDLoader.
