How much would a 30gb modded ps2 be worth?

I dont really play it anymore and it just sits in my room. Anyways how much would it be worth? Im in no rush to sell it so if someone try to lowball me they can forget it! But how much would a 30gb softmodded ps2 be worth?

I take it you're referring to a PS2 Fat model with a network adapter, 30 gig hard drive, memory card with the loader on it, and a controller? I would end up replacing the hard drive if I bought it, and I probably wouldn't pay more than $40 for it because they are real easy to modify but I wouldn't buy it without putting my hands on it and testing it first. You can try your local craigslist and start out at about $100, then every week knock the price down by $10 until you get a bite. If it's too low by then you could give it to a niece or nephew as a gift. They'd probably be able to get a lot more life out of it

I don't blame you. They just aren't worth much anymore. You could always try talking it up to a friend and seeing if they'd come off some decent cash for it

As BahumatLord stated........ Not worth very much any more.

I can go to Gamestop and pick one up for $50.
Granted, it's not modded, but I think part of the fun is doing the mods myself.

yeah I know what you mean... I kept it in great condition but I noticed I haven played it in over 2 months... same thing goes with my hacked psp and sometimes my jailbroken ps3 I find myself playing my ofw ps3 more than anything... but yeah I still keep my ps2 around if I feel like playing a ps2 game
