FS: PS3 BUNDLE CECHA01 250gb + Extras

I have decided to sell my ps3 which was used for OFW because I received a slim as a gift from my wife as a birthday gift. This is the CECHA01 (60gb) model with hardware emulation for ps1 & ps2 games. The original power switch panel containing the serial number was switched with a CECHE01 panel, because this one was in better condition (just maticulous about those kind of things) although the Emotion CPU chip is on the motherboard

What has been done to the console?

- It was a former YLOD console which has been reflowed with the heatgun & liquid flux method (I know, not the best way to do so but I make with what I have)

- The original ZSSR539IA power supply has been replaced with a APS-226 model which runs cooler

- Original 15 blade fan was replaced with a 19 blade fan for better air circulation

- I used KillerBug's fan circiut with an exernal pot for fan speed control

- A circular hole was cut out on the bottom of the case right beneath the fan so it acts as an intake

- Added 4 feet to lift the console about 1 1/2 inches off the surface for the bottom case cutout.

- Original 60gb hard drive has been replaced with a 250gb hard drive

The ps3 runs perfectly fine and is in good cosmetic condition with some minor scratches along the top of the case. This console was only used for OFW and never had any CFW running on it. Being a former YLOD console there is no warranty seal.

Included with the ps3 console are:
- 1x oem black dualshock 3 controller with usb charge cable (works great, excellent shape)
- 1x oem black dualshock 3 controlller (no power or charge, can be used for parts or repair, excellent shape)
- 1x oem power cable
- 1x oem bluetooth media controller
- 1x oem a/v cable
- 1x game Madden 2007
- 1x spare blu ray drive. I acquired this blu ray drive from another ps3 console with a dead motherboard. It has a working laser, ejects/takes disks perfectly. Only thing wrong is the optical sensor does not work so you have to push the disk in a little further in for it to take in disks. Includes daughterboard, power cable, and data ribbon.

I was starting to say something. It's on 3.61 OFW so selling it here was gonna be a problem. No way to jailbreak/downgrade yet on that FW.

yup unless he just confidentially had an infectus in there along with a previous fw nand dump. i would be surprised if he did though. i'd actually buy it

I've been reading up on the "infectus CECHA01" thread in the technical discussion sub forum and decided to keep it for that project. Although the info is limited, there is enough info to attempt it.
