Can i get an estimate too ?

Hi all , I'm new to the forum & pretty much a newb when it comes to all you do .
I'm putting up my system for sale and wanted an idea of an asking price .
It's a 250 gb ps3 - 3.55
There is an external 1 TB HD that has many games
2 wireless controllers
Everything works great but i want to buy a new system to play newer games and go online .
I cannot afford both systems . Thanks in advance .

Honestly, I would probably ask for $450. If you are wanting a console to go online with, why don't you just update your firmware to official 4.00?

That is a possibility i guess . So if i went online and accepted the update , all would be good .
I wouldn't screw up my system , get banned from anything ? etc etc

I would download the official firmware and install it through the recovery menu. If anything, I would delete my trophy data so when you sync up, Sony will not see all the different region games. Although I do not think Sony will even notice.

Thanks for your input Lethal . We'll see what happens , i think i might put it up on a local sell site for $375.00 .
I really would rather have someone have this system that can appreciate it and use it to its full potential . thanks again
