Information:

I am a north side based PS3 repairer. I have been repairing PS3’s for years and I am more than accommodating for any problem you may be having, big or small. I generally do reballing & reflowing of consoles as well as the supply and install of parts.

The repairs I offer are done with professional industry leading bga reworking machinery, which are designed for these repairs. I only use high quality parts and materials.

Repairs can be done on the spot within 2 hours depending on the repair and my availability. If replacement parts are required it can take up to 5-7 working days.

If I cannot fix your PS3 nobody but Sony can and in that situation they will simply replace your console for a slightly lower cost than a new PS3 (You will lose all save games and data - This applies to all failed YLOD repairs no matter whom fixes it).

Repairs start at $20 minimum, so if there is something simple that’s all I will charge (This includes inspection for bigger repairs).

YLOD repairs require an initial $50 fee for parts and time and when the repair is complete you simply pay the rest.

For parts ordering a deposit of up to 50% is required.

I am happy to accept out of state customers. Return shipping must be paid for in advance.


YLOD/RLOD Repair:

1. Hot Air Reflow
Basic repair method. Top heat only and not automated. Lower temperature.
$100

2. Dark IR Reflow
Automated and temperature controlled for PS3's. Top and bottom heating with computer monitoring. As pictured!
6m Warranty
$150

3. Reball of RSX chip
Full removal and replacement of lead free solder with leaded solder.
1yr Warranty
$200

Laser Replacement:

CECHA to CECHG (60/80gb) - $150
CECHH to CECHQ (40gb) - $130
All Slim PS3's - $120

All lasers come with a 3 month replacement warranty.


Other Repairs:

New thermal paste and adhesive: $50
Repair drive not accepting discs: $20-80
E3 Flasher: $150
Anything else: Ask!
