I feel sorry for Shorts though, I really hope PayPal can refund his money without any more fuss. This is a really shitty thing to happen to both of you >:[

I notice on PayPal it says you paid via Visa. If PayPal do not refund your money, contact your card issuer. They may be able to help via a chargeback.
