Why do you think that knowledging HMAC of PUP is doing you any good for decrypting game EBOOT.BIN's and revocation lists? People are unpacking PUP's for years now and I have yet to hear of the first decryption key to be found.

Because their 'top team of hardware engineers' was too busy making video's too screw more customers. They like screwing and repackaging their old dongle with old 2GB microSD-nonHC more than customerfriendly ejectable 32GB class10 SDHC / 32GB class4 microSDHC (so don't expect support for 64GB class10 SDXC)...
It's just a designers choice, maybe to save 5cents on the SD slot, while adding 2 cents for the screws...

The reason I label the 2GB microSD-nonHC as 'old' is because I haven't needed any of those since way back from the GBA/SP days and on the PSX/PSone, PS2/PStwo...
