people should read, on page 5 or 6 is a link to console spot. scroll down and there are a couple MU links with finished cfw pups. very simple process. check it with exactfile and compare.

At topic, i'm curious when backup managers will pop up that will work.
Today i just tried Waninkoko CFW on my Slim 250 GoW3 bundle and its working. Now i'm testing that CFW. Just messing around.

I think it's time to sleep, almost 3am here ;/

There's no truly accurate way TO know how many machines were accidentally bricked, since not everyone who bricked is posting on THIS site and there could well have been some simple trolls trying to incite a riot by claiming to have bricked theirs.

Now, as has been mentioned repeatedly by Dangwoot, can we keep the brick discussion out of this thread please? So far there hasn't been reported (confirmed or otherwise) bricks on Wutangrza's patch, so there's no need to drag the nonsense from other threads into this one. Thank you.

Works fine on my 120GB launch Slim.

Went 3.55 OFW > 3.55 Wutang > 3.55 geohot. Did all updating via XMB.

Am I reading this right.. you went from 3.41 straight to CFW? If so you can count yourself lucky it didn't brick.. LEARN TO READ..

It shouldn't matter which firmware you update from, in theory. Technically, it's indistinguishable from 3.55 OFW to the PS3.

have installed this one multiple times with and without recovery menu, and it seems to make no difference, installs just like a official 3.55 afaik.
