HI all,

I don't understand or care about all the drama being drubbed up over all this. And it doesn't matter to me if this is "too hard" or "not elegant" enough for the average person to use.

...My thing is that I don't have another bluray enabled device. So if someone could either post the MKB_RO from watchmen director's cut, or tell me how to access it from the ps3..... It doesn't let me copy it.

PWNT! Giving logs just to disprove your own opinion is funny as hell. I thought logs were meant to solidify your side of the story instead of discredit you even further? I'll read them myself just to verify so consider this speculation atm based on a valued member of the scene's take on it(Illness being that member)

im sure theres more to it. he probably was banned i didnt pay close attention.

i just saw the bomb script was started for him and he never made an attempt to diffuse it and was kicked because of it lol.

Just make a solution that is reliable to the public and DON'T publish it without BEING 100% SURE THAT IT DOES WORK AND IT DOESN'T GIVE MORE AND MORE PROBLEMS!!!!!!

I don't see how it could cause more problems, other than potentially help those who can attempt the procedure, or worst case it does nothing for those who can't get it right. I guess there is some type of ownership to ideas if you build off of other peoples information to come to your own conclusion and attempt something and share it with others. The sadness of this world.....I won't post anymore as I seem to be going against the tide.

fixed my bluray on my 80GB phat.

my last bluray was JCVD (i think) so i rebuilt DRL using the old info from the JCVD and it worked, first try!

so yeah, this definately works.

Why was the original post taken down? I dunno guys, The whole downgrade/jailbreak scene is an "at your own risk" decision each person has taken personally. I don't think it should be up to a forum administrator to start censor/editing content of solutions. Especially when, risky as they are, they evidently do work for some.

The knowledge of how to fix the bluray problems isn't anyone's Intellectual Property, except the engineers that conjured the entire system in the first place and the entities they work for....

I find this all very disappointing. I can see policing people's language, not the content they post....
