According to my talks with one of the principle members of the #ps3bluray project, this won't fix your blu-ray playback. One overzealous tester, jumped the gun and posted on the forums.

Looks like he's incorrect, this does indeed work! Well, at least it did for me. I have a CECHA01 downgraded from 3.41 to 3.15 and lost playback. Family Guy's Something, Something, Something Dark Side was the last new movie I played and its hex worked. Here it is:
I was able to playback older movies, and a newer one (Grown Ups) all work fine. My DRL1 and DRL2 files were automatically updated with the newer Grown Ups key. It looks like this indeed is the solution.Code:1000000C00041003000000102000003C000000010000000103E70000000000013CC1E824A8B7304555361657B2523272AF0B585301A9B356BD6C838DF2EFB821C070C995708F806B
The only Bluray I ever played on mine was Avatar (UK), does anyone happen to know the hex for that? I've lent it to a friend, plus I dont have a PC Bluray drive to obtain the correct files.
Thanks
