WIP: fail0verflow opens GIT, releases BETA tools!

Starting off the New Year 2011 with a bang, team fail0verflow has turned on their [notranslate]GIT[/notranslate], and started to push their source code so that developers will have the full tools needed to perform magic to your PS3 consoles!

As developers get busy compling these new tools, I updated and attach them to this post, but please remember this is an work in progress project so just sit back and watch the action, no flaming or crying for stuff to happen fast!
