FTP into your console and copy everything in /dev_flash3 to your desktop and then rar it up. Post your system size, slim or phat, model number, and what payloads you've used along with the files. Also, what region it is and if you've every played blu-ray movies on it or if you've downgraded.

I have to admit when i first tried downgrading my ps3 wasnt working. My ps3 wouldnt even turn on or boot however when i tried uisng a Lv2diag.self from a differnt source then it worked

To make editing the spreadsheet easier, a lot of the info is the same.
If you look at the very first row, the values that are there are constant.
Copy this line and paste it to where you want to edit and then fill in the blanks.
