ok been back on PSN here in ohio since 15 minutes ago was able to resync my account with my ps3 after doing a complete restore on it syncing trophys right now also redownloading all my paid for DLC using 3.55 Kmeaw, using F*ckPSN 0.6 and the 3.56 spoofer just to be safe

Spoofing is for fooling your PS3, not for fooling PSN or Sony. Spoofing makes your PS3 think it is on 3.56 so you don't get the "software update is needed" message and the system won't update itself.

Back online in North Europe (nah, you know my location Sony) with kmeaw and f**kPSN 0.6.

yeah thats why i'm using the 3.56 spoofer so no one updates my ps3 on accident when i'm not at home

Don't assume since there is no "banwave" now that it is not coming. And more than likely it is going to come in a different way than how MS does it. Sony might be looking at MS's method and thinking that having to deal with banned systems hitting the used market as more of a pain than anything else. And since PSN access is free, banning the PSN username does not really stop anything. The easiest and most effective way for Sony to "ban" people is simply stop the spoofing holes, stop the ability for a CFW 3.60 (if they can) and make v3.60 mandatory to connect to the PSN. Quick, easy ban without any headaches - will it work - Sony will say YES, hackers will say NO, only time will tell.

I can't wait until a way to dual boot OFW and CFW surfaces. I have no problem with paying for games, but I refuse to give up functionality, too.
