1st Im going to test it on my second PS3
Is it worth changing from Kmeaw Cfw to this?
Yupp same thing i am wondering This V2 or Kmeaw? Just gonna have to wait for more feedback from the community but in my opinion Kmeaw is working just great for me now.
can I update staright from kemeaw or do i just go back to original 3.55 and update from there?
Also do i still need to go to recovery menu or can i just update from xmb??
Ignore me i am just being thick!!! just READ properly now.
As stated in my thread. These are the hashes for the patched pup. Make sure you check before you attempt to update
Hashes
MD5: 6a6cfc701300c95b57b990d8d609e52f
SHA1: a4f155711bbb031022d0c531d70a0b7a180b7aca
Also. It's confirmed working on my CHECH2503A. And lots more on other forums. I havnt seen any reports of bricking
I've found on Kmeaws my 80GB PS3 FAT freezes almost every time I run the LV2 patcher, after a power cycle it seems to be okay. My mate's brand new 320GB PS3 Slim (upgraded from FW 3.50 to FW 3.55 then to 3.55 Kmeaws) doesn't freeze half as much.
I might try this but I think I might just hang fire for a few days to see what others report with regards to compatibility.
