He needs to either hand off the project to someone else in another country, or start releasing stuff anonymously. Sony probably already bought the judges or law enforcement in his jurisdiction. No point in fighting a losing fight. I think the PS3 scene really need to learn from the PC cracking scene. Sure there are raids once a while, but the cracking groups are not near as visible as the PS3 hackers.

exactly my point.. becomming anonymous is the only way forward.. beacause the risk is too much

I agree - Anonymous is the only way forward.

Every other scene has anonymous groups releasing content. It should be the same on the PS3 scene.
