Graf needs to go anonymous. that is the only safe way for him. I think all the ps3 hackers should call them selves anonymous.
why do u need a fame which comes with a big trouble.
I respect Graf more than other person in ps3 scene, but just hitting the wall with ur head will only hurt u.
He needs someone big behind him who can go head to head with sony. I don,t want this guy to be jail as he deserves a good opportunity in his life.
GRAF FTWwwww.

One idea is that maybe Sony is going rough on graf_chokolo because their end of the (undisclosed) settlement with george hotz includes bringing OtherOS back (i.e. hotz's original demands were met), and they don't want a (better) alternative out there? Just a thought...
Personally, I'd choose graf_chokolos solution any day of the week

Sad thing is. Now they have his newest work, discoveries, tools, and methods to his progress. Even if Dual boot is possible, they might now have all the means to possibly stopping that all together in the newer OFW's.
Just my thoughts.

Shouldn't the police be dealing with actual criminals? Somewhere in Germany, somebody was getting raped while these officers were busy raiding the property of a young man who was doing nothing more than writing software to run on a games console. Let's be clear here; he wasn't even exploiting the console or in any way shape or form enabling piracy. He was simply writing new software specific to the PS3.
I wonder what the German tax payers would have to say about this.

Why anonymous when you are doing nothing wrong?
Hiding anonymous is like a confession, anonymous leaking stuff is like its illegal
when its not.
We only need 10.000 people with a real name to release it at the same time

That would only be a problem if you wanted to run higher versions of OFW..I for one will never use sonys faggotry firmware ever again...CFW all the way!

I've sent my report to the BBC News, I urge everyone to do the same, even if its just 1 or 2 mins of your time, please do it, it will start the PR ball rolling.

BBC News have a slight left bent, but they're about as unbiased as news gets. They might mention it... but I doubt they'll point out the immorality of Sony's actions. You've got a better chance of being heard by MSNBC.

It's not a confession at all and it would save all the hassle he is having now. As you said, it's not illegal, so even if his identity was found out he would just be in the same situation he is in now.
