Update to PS2-Packer 0.4.1

hey Smiff you may want to use those bat files floating around the forum here. Just drag the elf to the bat and it does the rest. I think dlanor made them, and I think there called elf repack bats or something.

not bad.. this got my hdloader elf down to 240k.. 161k w/ black menu&splash.

when I try to put an elf in the unpacker it gives me an error message. Sorry but you also must give me an input file" Can anyone tell me what Im doing wrong? Two other questions, can I patch the atad.irx file in PS2 Menu and make the HD work with software? And how did you get your HD Loaders down to 264k? Thank you for any help.
