Update to LaunchELF released

There has been another update to LaunchELF to v3.32 from the 3.11 everyone was using

With it comes these updates:

- Addition of the CD Drive to the list of devices that can be read (DVD's cannot be read)
- Some Messages were added/modified
- Incorrect Paste is now Forbidden
- In the Config File Selection mode, the availability is made so it is not displayed
- Game Title Display added. ELISA100.FNT (Original v1.0 Font) must be in the same folder as LaunchELF for Japanese Title Display
- Fixed the bug of being unable to copy partitions
- Communication of copying files with larger memory sizes
- Ability to check for overwriting folders
- Better HDD Reading/Writing Efficiency
- added a Filer Function
- Fixed the disc exchange lagginess
- Fixed the occassional SYSTEM.CNF reading errors
- Add the mode which selects a file directly and executes it
- Changed the default color
- Changed the Settings file Reading Priority
- Communication of file executions on the PS2 disk
- Communication of File Executions from a USB Mass Storage Device
- On the main screen, disk rotation was made to stop.
- Addition of a "wild card" mode to the file selection screen.
