I tried to make PUP file and I think I did everything right. When the file finised it said it was 0kb so I know I did something wrong, but I found this nice little program that does everything for you. You can find it here:

CFW Patcher


Alls you have to do is put the files in the right spot and hit execute, and you can not put the wrong files in the wrong place because it will have a red check if it is wong and a green one if it is right.

I used Kmeaw CFW

I did everything this tut said, but I skipped step 3. Instead I used the fix permissions program found here:

FixPermissions

Make sure you download the correct one. I ran it one time and I have not had to run anything else after that.

I used MultiMan and all of my backups have been running just fine, I only have 9 but they all work. The new MultiMan 1.13.00 makes it so you can skip step 3.

Oh and I never had anything on my ps3, I was still at 3.41 ofw until I seen that Kmeaw's was working and not bricking ps3's.

Also for anyone I am looking for NCAA football 2011 if anyone can point me to a place I can get it, I would be a happy camper :o :cool: :rolleyes:

Can I use Kmeaw CFW 3.55 to upgrade my CECHA06 (Fat PS3 60 GB) without any risk? I don't want to brick my PS3. Please someone to confirm this. Thank you before.

I was wondering if someone can help me, i have tried installing Kmeaw thru the xmb and in recovery mode but it keeps telling that No Applicable Data Has been found. I had previously been running the ofw 3.55 so i have not had to update that and the flash drive is formatted to Fat32. Can anyone give me any ideas how to resolve this

I got a small problem, my little brother broke one of my games for 2 weeks ago ( Need For Speed Hot Pursuit ) and it dosent work anymore is there any chance that i can find it on the internet and install it on my external hdd?

Make a folder on ur thumb drive called PS3 then open that folder and make another one called UPDATE and put the Kmeaw CF in the update folder, do not put the Kmeaw CF in anything other than the UPDATE folder and then go back and do the recovery part.

Just google it, put PS3 Need For Speed Hot Pursuit torrent and u will find a lot of them. If you dont have a torrent downloader go to utorrent .com and get that.

I have already tried putting the file in the update subfolder and i have tried it as a root on the drive,
