A new software called FAPlink will soon be available for all of you PS2 fans. Here's a quote from their website:

''Faplink is a utility that allows a user to send standard ISO images of playstation 2 games to the playstation 2 HDD to be used with HdLoader and Hdloader Advance. This is much like Winhiip but instead of having to move your HDD you can just use the specially designed "Fast Arm Protocol" and send from pc through ethernet cables, much like an ftp.''

The transfer speed is about 500-800Kb/s as of now and FAPLink also support DVD9 image transfer.

Big props to team Wank3rs for their good work The binary should be available within 24 hours according to them.

    Hey guys, Evkun from wank3rs.

It's been a wild ride but we're ready to release.

Way back, we were going to use FTP, but we gave up on that at just about the same time all those crazy pics got spammed in our name. Tidus figured out how to pull off direct access to the HD, and it just snowballed from there. We've spent the better part of a month just sending games to our PS2s over and over again, finding new and creative ways to crash our program. For the initial release we will let you send games over to the PS2 at crazy speeds (well, crazy for the iop anyway). We have already planned for reading isos OFF your hdd, but we decided it was more important to work bugs out of what functionality we already HAD than to but in more new buggy features. As for what comes next, the sky's the limit- we will be revising FAPlink through and through in the coming weeks. We took this long to release because we didn't want a crappy product floating around ruining everyone's important single-copy backups.

Anyway, we are about to release as I type this. For first dibs come to our channel, otherwise the URLs/other posts will float around soon enough. And one last item: We DO CRC our files and we DID include CRCs with the nfo we are distroing with the zip file. We will keep crcs posted in channel and via the web, so before you accuse us of making viruses and crap, check your CRCs with ours first.

    Have fun FAPping,
    -Evkun, team wank3rs

Evkun, could you consider adding a feature to update files inside an iso file on PS2HDD instead uploading whole game again.
