"Bb bu but... hackers fight for our freedom" lol...
It would be good if they'd attack, then we can see how strong the new security is and 2: Sony could get a lead on the hackers and bringing us justice.
To all the people switching over to 360: LOL, u will waste another 300 euros+Live to play the same game again back online?

On the subject, This is really getting out of hand. I'm starting to find it quite hard to support the hackers now. That's not about getting back at SONY anymore. the damage done to SONY is already great. They've lost alot of money, getting sued on all sides, proved their security to be lowsy, but most of all, they lost the trust of their users. The Revenge was successful, but publishing private information of users who had nothing to do with it?! That's ruining people's lives!! It makes all of us look like scumbags!! We want freedom, not terror!!
I was saying the same thing while discussing the topic with my friend. The point was made, Sony has lost a lot in these ordeals, they've been exposed for what they are. We won a battle. This is going too far now, stop it!.
I'm surprised these hackers will do ANYTHING to get inside Sony's servers and take down PSN and so on for "freedom" instead of looking for the 3.60 keys and try and decrypt lvl0... That would give us actual freedom. This is hurting Sony, no doubt, but it's hurting good working people as well!

These hackers are *******s
why don't they get a job and ill hack them and become them why are they attacking everyone and yet I bet most people here will go nuts at me for saying this because for some weird reason they will prob support them for destroying peoples lives and taking there money
becoming someone can really destroy someones life especially when you are not them
why don't they just hack sony and not attack sonys customers
i actually hope this is not anonymous as they states they would not harm customers because it was unfair to do so

Alright.. So you all know how serial killers can't stop watching when they see themselves in the news? I hope one of you behind this reads on, and maybe gives it a little chance to sink in..
Do you forget why we bought the PS3? Was it because it is the most superior console on the market with k1ck@S$ processing power? Maybe because it already came with things like Wi-Fi, direct Blu-Ray support, and free online gaming built-in? (Exactly the way it should be when you're already forking out $60 for some of these mo fo's!)
It is not a maybe that SONY are the d-bags here, I'm just saying why hold everyone else accountable? All we desired was the B@dA$$ console with Linux support and a full GameOS that used to be available. (Granted, it was locked down, but still, that's why we have intelligence. After all, anyone that even remotely knows how to use Linux should be able to figure out certain bypasses to certain security issues.. wink wink..)
I paid my hard earned cash for this system with my full intentions of using all of it's processing power for my own self indulgence. If you, like myself, feel that you love hacking and doing whatever you want with your hardware, because it actually challenges your intellectual side, then why the F.uCK do you think it is O.K. to punish myself and my counterparts for it?
We are in the same boat here people - (notice how I'm not saying guys, some awesome chicks are definitely out there). Just let SONY do what they do, and we will continue to release things on sites such as this, and continue to gain freedoms that these money hungry *******s couldn't even dream of providing with their r3Tarded as$ programmers, with a fraction of the resources and tools available to us.
Why don't you show someone else a lesson that deserves it. Might be a little more kinectic for your brain...
Pretty Pretty Please?
EDIT: And before one of you thinks I am comparing a networking genius to a serial killer, just stop. That was an example.

I find it funny how you are all changing your tune now......... It was *** SONY!!! Untill that happened now a lot of you are crying that "its not fair, we want psn back, and why take our credit cards?" its very simple sony had plenty of chances to do the right thing for their customers(drop geohot case, graf case, bring other os back, not wait a week to tell people their cc's were stolen, not tell people they now have secure networks, etc..) and they continually tried to dupe the very reason they are a succesful company.
