He had relationships with multiple PS3s and now one of them has found out that they have all been played with and so has filed for divorce and a restraining order.

So if you were a high profile hacker would you not already have your stash filed away in some country where people would not be able to get to it or they just have all their stuff in Mum's basement next to their bed.

Also maybe even have some booby trap where he has to press a certain button every x number of minutes or else all his data gets erased.

you obviously dont know who the keys are stored, etc. you cant just "patch" the way to find keys lol.

This shouldn't surprise anyone. Hotz' statements are hardly airtight, and the judge knows it. Likewise Sony, otherwise they wouldn't be sinking money into a high-profile court case when it has such poor evidence to begin with.
