Great things are sure to come from this group. Team DeLiGhT has been around since the early 90's! Almost 20 years now. Here is some of there work from the popular demoscene website: pouet.net

According to the OP, they are almost done coding there Retail Game application as well as the Auto-Install Game mechanism, which I think sounds pretty sweet since this would basically make all backup managers obsolete!

yeah i must say im really interested in this i cant wait to get a bigger hdd for my ps3 right now i got a 160gb in it but need more space >.<

This Auto Game Installer would pretty much be like the Xbox 360 Game on Demand containers, negating the use of a disc and using the original XMB / dashboard to launch the games.

We can already do that, but I guess the method they are developing will make it far easier? :S

as long this meth owrks on external drives also not just internal cuz 3.41 hdd upgrades wont work i read cuz firmware is messed up

i kinda like the intros. reminds me of my days during the c64 / amiga demo / intro scenes. glad to see some on the ps3. hopefully we'll start seeing more and more as the scenes get more talented at ps3 coding. i used to code demos and intros on the c64, amiga and apple ][ back in the early to mid '80s, ahh the memories...

Wrong. I just upgraded to a 750 gb hdd on 3.41. It works perfectly.
