We are going to do everything we can to keep the site and the scene as active as possible with the current news and info you are looking for. This community is so good in part due to the activity of the members which helps provide current breaking news. that is exactly what we want to continue to do going forward. There will not be any bias or slant to the news being posted.
That didn't answer my question, news is good and all, but if you looked through the website, we get lots of updates on the Homebrew community, such as updates on Multiman, Rogero, Homebrew files, and the .pkgs alike. Infact more then what we get then actual news. Will you do the same ?

No they are sellouts, but there is nothing wrong with that

The ownership doesn't really matter that much. If it continues to be a nice place, I'll drop by from time to time, leave message or another test-only-totally-unfinished-project-draft and disappear for another couple of weeks, just as I do now. If it won't... Well, too bad. I won't cry over it.
I just hope the design/layout changes that sindbad and DSAPSX were talking about do not mean that psx-scene will resemble qj. Their layout totally sucks ass. It's like they're trying to put too much of info in too small a space. It looks quite chaotic. Absolutely not user friendly. I prefer simplicity over everything else. Give user what he needs most often. I can dig to anything else or search for it.
yeah that's right we still have those options that we had as a Co.Administrator.
Your mod status hasnt been stripped. I still see you as a mod in the system with mod powers.
talk about being at the right spot at the right time... oh well this sucks a bit since I've seen sites being sold and decaying to some company that does not know what the site is really about..
sure everyone would take the offer it's understandable. this still sucks. it's also understandable that the 'hardcore' members will most probably move some place next door now.
OK guys closing this up and moving on to focusing on news
That is of course good as far as it goes. But what sets psx-scene apart from all other console sites I've seen has little to do with any news reporting, whether good or bad.

And while most PS3-related projects are not usually multi-author projects like those are, these too have benefited from this cooperative attitude and policy.
So preserving this atmosphere of healthy cooperative homebrew development should be a primary concern of the new administration, rather than just the quality of news reporting. (Not least because such development creates news that otherwise would not exist... )
