lol let me tell u how sony have made another mistake. what ahppened when they took other OS out the ps3 ? ppl got mad and hacked the thing up. piracy and everything. so there gona make another mistake by pissing ppl off again by suing one of our best hackers. ppl are fuming. i thought sony was f*cked when they brought out cfw. but they just dont realise that its over sony has lost. the files are out and ppl are playing with them. doing this only makes ppl want to hack more. just leave hackers in peace i can garuntee u like 5% of the world even knows about this let alone own a jb or have installed cfw. sony need to grow up.
Sony's not going to win this one. They don't own numbers.
Wow he and the others will go down in books as legend 0_0
Basically since the man (AKA SONY) has lost they want to throw them in court!
Make it so bad he didnt even put in a backup manager (he said that he dont condone piracy)
But you guys have to think about it...
Today Sony made a point....
They are Sueing the two king pins of the PS3 unlocking....
In the end Sony will win all the little guys will cower
That's right! They took away "OtherOS". That's like Ford selling you a car and then coming by 6 months later and taking the engine out!

Fail0verflow and Geohot (small guys) actually stood up against the big guy! Congrats to them.
Notice the Lawsuit doesn't EVER mention the fact that Sony removing the OtherOS option was the fuel behind all of this!
Faith in the legal system? Someone sued someone! I have faith in the legal system! Too bad we can't have any faith in your mental faculties. Anyone can sue anyone; it has nothing to do with the validity or reliability of the legal system. I could sue you, if I wanted. Doesn't mean there's any merit to it, or that I'll win.

The whole process could take years...I hope we can some smart people handling this.
Very well said Sir!!!!!!
