Although I support geohot, if in fact he's done all of this and it can be proven, he's SOL.

Yeah he has maked a PSN account in March 2010 but when he did deactivate his account on all consoles btw: he has deleted his acc the jurisdiction is not in california because he has not broken the tos because he has no active acc.

The hacker also lied about having a PSN account:

did u read what u posted and got the conclusion that everything was said proves GeoHot has PSN account? Does the fact that someone bough a ps3 on a gamestop close to his wherearea if thats the word, and this person have posted a few posts on forums about phone hacking, proves it was geohot?

Not that I care if he has or hasn't, the way things is been said here, isn't nice at all...
