You have to place them inside this folder PSnes_v4\pkg\USRDIR,
in the link above us, it's just the neseccary pkg file for the ps3 menu, the rest of the supernes emulator you have to find it.

really there is some sort of directory to actually put roms in? ive always just made a folder in the root of my dev_hdd0 and called it SNES roms lol guess ill have to have a look at it a lil more

does the roms browser default to that directory so once i load SNES9X it loads right to that directory or do i still have to manually browse to it?

if i have to manually browse to it i might as well just keep the SNES roms folder in my dev_hdd0 its just easyer than opening a million folders just to locate my roms

Than how come wutang's cfw is more compatible with video game backups? You have to install weird pkg files and set up folders a weird way to get games to work on Kmeaw's firmware. You don't have to install any more pkgs to get new games to work on wutangs fw. Right now Wutangs works easier/better with video games. I've heard that during movies in Killzone 3 that the movies freeze up a bit on Kmeaws fw. Nothing like that happens on wutangs.

Everyone is saying Wutang is crap, yet I feel the complete opposite. I just only wished they signed more software to it. Kmeaw is the most popular to sign software too(maybe its easier to do in that cfw) but from what I've read online at backup gaming websites is that games like marvel vs capcom 3 they had to install weird packages and setup folders differently just to get the game to work. The funny thing about that is I didn't have to do any of that on Wutangs cfw. So, clearly right now both firmwares have their pros and cons. Kmeaw is easier to sign pkgs too(I think), and Wutangs plays backup better.

Sign the pkg file. If you don't know that you shouldn't be on wut+gh, since even wutangrza himself said to run kmeaw's cfw, which is wutangrza's cfw with the ability to install unsigned pkg files. That's the only difference between them.

You are horribly misinformed. You do not need modified eboots for backups to play on kmeaw's cfw. Do you even know what kmeaw's cfw is??? It's wutangrza's cfw with signatures no longer needed, and the install package files option enabled (so the geohot patch doesn't need to be installed over it). After kmeaw's was released, even wutangrza himself said to use the kmeaw cfw. Some sites were even mismarking the firmware as wutangrza cfw when people were actually downloading and installing kmeaw's cfw. In the release notes kmeaw said "thanks to wutangrza for the peek/poke enabled firmware used in this", or something to that effect (I can't memorize exact words). If you were to flash back to OFW then to kmeaw's CFW through the recovery mode, you wouldn't even really see the difference. EVERY game that works on wutangrza's cfw + geohot patch is compatible with kmeaw's cfw.

Also, the fodler structure is same on ALL cfws, they're only different between backup managers.
