Recently for some reason, "new posts", "already read posts", and "who's online" has not been working correctly.

So today I made some minor changes.

As such, forums, topics you might have already "read" will appear as new, to fix this problem, just click on "mark all forums read" link found on the bottom of the forums listing, and this will start you fresh using the new system.

The changes I have made are:

* "Inactive" cookie, is now set to 45 minutes instead of for some reason 3 hours, this means "who's online" is now much more real.

* "Database" marking of posts read instead of "cookie" based, this should help for those not using older browsers, or viewing our forums from multi-computers.

The changes will cause more use server CPU power, but that is not a problem for us.
