The list of people fighting to get Linux back on their PS3's, or the return of "Other OS", or some type of cash class-action settlement from Sony, has grow even larger, now with a Sixth and Fifth lawsuit filed against Sony for the removal of "Other OS" since the release of the v3.21 PS3 Firmware.

Well, its always good to see people to fight for their rights (which in this case Sony and Geo really screwed them up). But I am really getting tired of these lawsuits. Is anything good gonne come out of these. I seriously don't think so.
I think Sony has enough lawyers on their back to make every decision almost safely.
But this is only my view........
And btw how long we have to wait for more news with these lawsuits. btw I haven't read the documents, if any info is written about it in there, then I am very sorry for it.

Yeah, if it dose nothing but annoy Sony its worth the trouble.
I would like to see updates though to these lawsuits so I can see how they are going.

Not to mention their problems with bad batterys, controllers, disabling features on their VAIO laptops, faulty CCD devices, etc. -- All were successful in getting Sony to change their ways or admit they were wrong in the end.
Time will only tell, in the meantime. -- Let's Fight and arm all those Linux Penguins with AK-47's, Rambo style here we come Sony!
