Sorry, we started to make a simple change our server to allow us to fully use our memory, as our SQL database is over 19gb in size now, and we were running into addressable limits with our 32bit OS, so we needed to switch to 64bit Linux.
But it was non-stop nightmare to get the configuration working, and once the system was up and restored, the load of incoming clients hitting refresh made it even worse, with server crashing and long page loads, more and more were hitting refresh.
But lucky Stephen from the theplanet came into work at 3:30 in Texas, and the moment he hear me screaming at the other stupid techs in trying to fix a simple problem, he quickly slapped them with a big large fish, and sat down at the keyboard and within a few minutes of me watching flying cursor in editing lines of text in command mode, the server was back running at more then lighting speed within mere seconds, handling all the tons of F5 refreshs and loading up pages for you in a flash!
Sorry for the downtime, but now we can expand and upgrade more to serve all your demanding needs with no more problems like this for at least a few more months!
If you run into any issues, please PM me or post in this thread!
