SCEE takes down the Swedish Jailbreak'ers now! –

Sony has set it powerful MIB (men-in-black-legal-team) down on the country that been famous for it's sexy blondes and swimsuit models.
Sony has set it's eyes on three resellers of the PSJailbreak devices that are based in Sweden.
Manzzon, Rejoy and WeChip have all been served their papers, and have of course removed the product from their websites.
Google News Translate: http://translate.google.ca/translate...n&hl=&ie=UTF-8
Based on the news above, Sony is asking for "1 Million Crowns" for each reseller in damages, which works out to $137,299.72 USA at today's rate.
Sony also brags to the Swedish media, that they been already successful in stopping the massive piracy that the PSJailbreak sales has caused in the countries of "Australia, Germany, Hong Kong and the Netherlands, where sales of PS Jailbreak have been already declared unlawful."

how can they clame damages for some thing thats no been sold.
the easy way to solve this problem is to sell the blank sicks
and have the end user program them. sell it as a novelty or Souvenir
like "headshops" do with seeds. then sony cant do nothing about it.

"the Netherlands, where sales of PS Jailbreak have been already declared unlawful."
That's BS i have been searching for any dutch news articles online to see if any judge has declared it unlawfull & the answer = NO it's still legal to sell and buy the PS jailbreak in the Netherlands.
Sony shit heads have been using scare tactics on resellers..telling them all kinds of shit and acting like the big bad wolf,it worked on most resellers..but there are always a few left who don't give a shit and actually know that they can sell the b*tch as long as a judge hasn't said shit,F you sony pissheads.

If the three Swedish resellers are marketing/selling the PS Jailbreak, $ony threatens them with a 1 million Swedish kronor penalty. There are still a few Swedish websites that list the PS Jailbreak, I wonder if they can get away with and avoid Sonys MIBs.
