EXACTLY!!!! you ppl need to make up your mind either you want PSN or CFW? If we all who have CFW would just leave PSN alone alltogether maybe Sony wouldn't be so hell bent on sueding geohot.

Your talking about a bunch of kiddies who want anything and everything free...and they want it all now ...and for it all to work seamlessly......

I believe it will unfortunately go as the first scenario as Judge Illston has ruled in favor of DMCA before see “321 Studios v. Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios” 321 closed its doors same year. Seems $ony stacked the deck even deeper than I expected from the beginning. May be one of the reasons why they want to keep the case in California…..to stay with this judge.

lmao, buying the game isn't going to let you play online when the system is still at 3.55 and PSN is requiring 3.56. Had to edit and add that if that were the case, I would do that. Either way, PSN isn't a big deal for me and I'd rather it be this way, so the online cheating/hacking stops.
