People are freaked out because of the fear of getting sued.

I would hold off on releasing anything too if I couldn't afford a lawyer.

Sony is watching this board and others minute by minute judging by the release of today's briefs.

Doctors? Have you ever thought that not every smart person likes the idea of going into medicine? Starting your own business? Again, not everyone wants to do that. And biz school? That's for people who've reached a certain point on the corporate ladder and they need the MBA to continue to advance. Also, I know somebody who got a 99th percentile score on the GMAT, but was more like 70th percentile on the LSAT. Realistically, the average biz school person isn't as intelligent as the average law student. Or at least, that's based on what I've seen.

No, not every smart person likes the idea of going into medicine, but there was definetly a correlation between the smartest percentile of my university and enrolling in medical school.....Yeah i did it for a case study in Grad School polling students what their plans are after graduation. Obtaining a Masters in Science in Statistics(magna cum laude), MBA(magna cum laude), and a PMP certification and now working on a Doctorate in Advanced Mathematic Theory definely qualifies me to run a correlation analysis of my school.....I didnt go to some shitty college; I went to a Top 50 Grad School in the US, which i think definetly qualifies for valid data.
