News Source: http://www.gamasutra.com/view/news/3...ITC_Review.phpSony will be investigated by the US International Trade Commission over a patent infringement case lodged against Sony by Taiwanese LCD manufacturer Chimei Innolux Corp.
The said infringement scrutinises the memory caching technologies that Sony uses in PlayStation 3, VAIO notebooks and Bravia range of screens, all of which Chimei says are patent copyright infringements and therefore filed against on the said products.
