AVRKey and PS3Key look exactly the same but are different. If you're using FLIP, you have AVRKey.

Why should Sony ban PS3 Users than?

It could may 100 time more Cash lose for Sony because not everyone that were banned bought a new Console.

Isn't this a little bit too early for PSN access? Hmm.. let's see what Sony does next.

Maybe you should not (yet) release it to the public but wait a little more, when we know more about the PS3 and have found out more usefull stuff.

I'm having the same problem on my TI-84. I bought 20 bucks worth of DLC then got this error lol. I feel like sony knows. Whatever, as long as it's in my account space for the future.
