Here's what I found on Maxconsole after a quick google

How to make PS3 FTP Server 'pushlist' Stealth

Just in case anyone wasn't sure how to how to make PS3 FTP Server 'pushlist' stealth (It's not in 'directory' stealth yet.. Just 'pushlist' stealth.. Need SDK for that)..

1) Install 'PS3 FTP Server'

2) Grab its SFO file

3) Change FTPD12345 to a PS1 Disc ID suitable for your region (Find one here)

4) Delete the original SFO via FTP (before you transfer the new one over.. IMPORTANT)

5) Transfer the new SFO over to folder FTPD12345 on the PS3

6) Delete the following 3 files..

game.dat and patch.dat (found here 'dev_hdd0\vsh\pushlist')

and

boot_history.dat (found here 'dev_hdd0\home\00000001\etc')

7) Reset PS3

You should be 'clean' after that..

Obviously you need PS3 SFO Editor, basically repeat the relevant steps to cover up any programs installed, though I completely uninstalled Open Backup Manager before doing the above.

Who knows if that will make any difference, gave me a little peace of mind. Good luck anyway!

OK, after a series of fabulous ****-ups (patching one set while compiling another, building the wrong payload), here's my fourth attempt!

If this doesn't work it'll simply have to wait until I can verify the builds myself.

Teensy 2.0 doesn't jailbreak the PS3 with this one....
Nothing but a blank screen, Teensy flashes a few times, then nothing.

My PS3 didn't even show anything with that payload, just a black screen, had to force shutdown...
