My 5G iPod Video died a couple years back. Rather the battery died and I just never got around to replacing it. If it wasn't for ungodly lousy shipping times I would order a new battery and just use that.

Un-be-lievable.
Odd question here though, after the PS3 is jailbroken the first time, I am guessing you must leave the iPod plugged into the PSB USB port everytime you want to boot using PSGroove?
And does the PS3 charge the iPod as it is connected?
I ask because running Rockbox seems to really run the iPod battery down big style
EDIT: Also, would this work with Rockbox on any other MP3 player or must it be an iPod? Is it the iPL (iPod Loader) that's making it work?
Youve got to be jokin I updated to 3.50nooooooo and I thought people said this port would be impossible :P
Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
