dont fault me if you burn something though. your best bet is to find the data sheets.
THanks iLLness works great.
Cheers to all involved using my 360 usb nand flasher for the hack
Here are the actual bootloader files
Was a bit this morning when I posted the wrong ones.
Thank you MetalPhreak for uploading. I just have a couple of questions:
1) Do the files you uploaded ( with and with no bootloader versions) support backup mngr?
2) Does a process of flashing a pic with the "bootloader" hex differ from flashing it with the "normal" hex, i.e. is it harder or in both cases I simply flash using winpic800.
1) the files are compatible with backup manager.

a word of advice... flash the bootloader in my package a few posts back. as of now there is still plenty of space left in the PIC for updates so i doubt we'll lose the ability to use the bootloader anytime soon. updating a pic over usb is ALOT easier then flashing with a programmer
Thank you iLLNESS, just to make sure: I build the circuit provided on page 1 and I follow your instructions in the readme file and that's it?
hello, I want to buy this board: Olimex PIC-USB-4550

Can I flash WinPIC800?
Which "Hex Files" can I use? Maybe you can give me the link?
Thank you all, look for your answer to proceed to 'buy
