So only o switch between 17 and 19, there is no 10K resistor after the switch to 5V line???
And please, give us a link with a bootloader between 17-19.... I'm so confused, I read all this thread but, I don't have my board to test all this, and to tell you the truth I don't really understand wich bootloader to use... there are so many...
I would like a 17-19 bootloader that is compatible with 1.3 bootloader version from... on second thought please post both bootloader 17-19 and hex :)) for 2550 20 mhz ... but I understand that most of these files are compatible troughout the whole chip range... and the Crystal is easily changed trough winpic (too bad it messes bootloader code :) right? )
PS: My schematic that I posted here.. is it good? I thought both pin 1 - reset and 17 needed a switch to ground and a 10 k resistor to 5V...
A little time lapse i did on creating a single PsPIcGroove :D
No bootloader on this one

Im using the simple diagram:
and as said a few posts earlier i tried flashing the pic with the boox.hex then i connected a simple switch to pin 17 <-> ground
But when i connect it to my pc with the switch pressed nothing happens.... :(
PLEASE take a look at the pictures:
What is wrong with mine? it was my first time with eletronic
Can anyone help me?
Vc acho que devo tentar novamente?
first of all, resize those pics... they are huge and breaking the thread limits...
second, i cant know whats wrong by this pic.... the wires are overlapping each other, i cant see whats connected to what.
See if you connected the 4 usb pins corretly
I want to make this board with the PIC18F2550,
found a programmer http://www1.conrad.nl/fas6/fh.php?fh...fview%3Dsearch
would this be a good one ? (its says that it can program a PIC18F2550) and is it a good price, or just overpriced.
