Since is a clone of PS Jailbreak it will be only available after the PS Jailbreak goes out and few days after so they could clone it.

So the prove is PS Jailbreak Video.

And the prove, that they could clone PSJ (and that in a few days) is... missing, or am I missing something?

I too am stumped why we have to wait for proof despite the and stating dispatch dates.. You have to crawl before you can walk!

Another feature in the new retail PSJB will be clone killers feature:

So if PSJB original can be updated then PS3Stinger cannot unless they design their own code but by their own admission they are only providing clones.

Although these are half the price it's likely the 2 devices will be needed. 1 that works now, another that will work in the future ie. PS3Key (who are very talented and rather then providing clones they will devise their own product as they understand the workings of the jib).

Again, my opinion and each to their own but it's a very real possibility that a) these will not be the same as retail units (unless they are indeed waiting for the final product to arrive thursday) and
b) will not be updateable as only original PSJB will be updatable.

Even more, they are building in feature that will explode PS3 & attached TV as well as report the pirate to Sony. It will be implemented so that it will work for clone authors, but not for the customers.

Tell me, they don't care about the customers...

Do you not recall Wiikey original Vs WiiKey clones. You were not able to update the clones with official WiiKey software. I imagine this is what they are talking about and not exploding TV sets.

PSJB have donated a substantial amount of funds to the Australian distributors who are to fight against Sony tomorrow. You don't see the clone manufacuters chucking into that pool ?

Whats the point, might aswell just buy a 2.5" Sata hard-drive and use it in your PS3. Or if you already have an external, take it out of the enclosure and just use it. .

If it's anything like the situation with DS cards, someone will take the firmware and modify it to remove the clone killing bit.

If there is an update to the Jailbreak then it will work on the ps3Stinger.
The boot manager and any updated bootmanagers will work fine also on the ps3Stinger.
The operation of the Ps3stinger is 100% compatible with any jailbreak software or updates.
These comments relate to the ps3Stinger only.

The wiikey clones were updateable. I used to make my own with ATmega16 MCs for like 1$ a piece. Completely updatable. Even their most recent update to deal with SMG worked just fine.

Updates that kill clones are nothing more than pillow talk.
