bought it on ebay and escaleted for a claim after no response from seller it took around 2 weeks, just wrote that the product was not as described said it was upgradable wich is a lie , maybe i got lucky

I stay with default hex for 1.1 for now, works good as it is.

Now if they will fix games still not working without a disc like God of War 3 or Heavy Rain, I'll update

Actually, if you can upgrade, please do - the newer versions of the hex have the hermes v3 patch. When combined with Open BM 1.16, that means more game compatibility.

Really? I read elsewhere that Hermes v3 actually worsens compatibility, i.e. some games that worked fine earlier, no longer run. Isn't it truth?

Thanks, but per Paypal words: "We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality." If I received a rock, Paypal would not help me either. The funny part is that the shipment was free :/

PS3Break ruined their reputation themselves , even in china the most popular ps3 dongle is PS3Yes , not PS3Break .

Those two look like the same dongle in a different case. The pics Ive seen show them in the same type of boxes at least.

mine is working fine and I enjoy keeping backups on my external HDD.

buy whichever crap dongle you want. Seeing the thousands of posts here, hell everyone has a working device.
