PS3 v3.50 Game EBOOT's Rewritten for v3.41!

Got it working thanks guys. Turned out my issue was that I was trying to run it from my External. After I copied the files from my external to my internal using open manger 2.1H the game is now working. Also I patched the .SFO.

NVM after I did the display area it freezes on a black screen. Ugh...

Any thoughts?

GOT IT WORK!

I guess I was using the wrong payload/default payload.

Changed it to Hermes 4VB, loaded it in the default back up manager. (The one that came out when the PS3 Jailbreak came out, but again it had already been patched by GAIA manager!) and it has booted up!

renamed the old eboot to what...

I assume youre refering to my post, so I renamed the old EBOOT.BIN so that it wouldnt be used anymore, to "_EBOOT.BIN_" and just copied the new one.

I dont like deleting the original stuff, so I just rename to keep a secure backup.

Not sure what happened but when I first booted multiman (first tim etoday)

it listed all my games, downloaed all my covers, then something happened when I hit a button the screen refreshed, and now the only game I see is the game in the drive (MGS4) and Uncharted 2, one of the games on my HDD, the other 3 games on my HDD including GT5 are gone.

Anyone know whats going on?

you have pressed R1 to "patch it" and it disappears, if you press R1 again it will re - appear.

External USB HDD: Working

Has been working since my first try, I just connected my External USB HDD to my PC, renamed the old EBOOT.BIN and copied the new one (BLUS30566_NFSHP_1.00.zip). Connected the External USB HDD to my PS3, ran Gaia Manager, and put a BD disc on the drive (MGS4) just in case (all Gaia options off), selected Need for Speed HP, returned to XMB and selected the disc. Done.

Everything is working nice

Will test Gran Turismo later when I come back from work.

that's not the USA version you have just tested. it's the USA limited version (BLUS30566)

EU Slim 120gb PS3
Hermes v4 for 3.41 with PSN & 3.50 spoof by xoeo
AVRUSB 1.2 (32KB)
Gaia 1.03 with Mem patch on (L1)
(Any) Game disk in.

After choosing GT5 in Gaia, dialog "Eboot.bin not found. Would you like to patch ?" Choose yes.

Then dialog "would you like to edit Param.sfo ?" Choose yes.

Started game from XMB. No problems noticed. Previous post mention problem entering the "Licences" part of the game. No problem here.

Hmm maybe I spoke too soon, I was posting here about my success...and it was installing GT5 system files, when I looked back its just a black screen and nothing else is there...oops.

Is there where most people are hanging up, after installing GT5 gamedata?

EDIT: Spoke too soon again, hit the X button and I heard a sound and the GT5 logo pop up thats silver and flashes, is this where people are hanging up?
