I agree with you. Terms & conditions do not out rank the law. Even though loads of companies and their brain washed customer service reps think otherwise.

PS. everything that Sony has been doing to the PS3 lately has effected me since I was planning on buying a PS3 but now I won't be buying one because of all the crap like removing Other OS support.
I've not updated and I do have to abide, and am affected by the changes still.

Either way I lose something I have paid for. through no fault of my own. This was not mentioned at the time of purchase and therefore the product I have now is not "fit for use"
meaning it cannot carryout it its intended duties. (those same duties that were mentioned at the time of purchase).
